Jeffrey Riley:  Co-Founder and Managing Partner

Jeffrey brings 18 years of commercial real estate finance, acquisitions and a depth of servicing/work-out experience. Having spent time with Wachovia’s Large Loans group, which at the peak was the nation’s largest CRE lending platform, and ING Clarion Capital lending and servicing groups; Mr. Riley brings a vast knowledge of real estate finance across all sectors and has directly worked on in excess of $10.0 billion of real estate transactions.  

Jeffrey holds a degree in Economics from The University of Pennsylvania.

Nicole Roberson: COO

Nicole Robertson, a seasoned REALTOR® and CEO of Robertson Realty in the Southeast region of Texas, and CEO of R&R Enterprises, boasts over 17 years of experience in business startups and hands-on management. Holding a degree in Sports Dietetics from the International Institute of Nutrition, Nicole has also served as CEO in health and nutrition companies, consulting for energy firms to ensure compliance with WHO worker nutrition standards. What distinguishes Nicole is her strong work ethic and adept negotiation skills. With 8 years abroad in 6 countries, working in the energy industry, she brings a wealth of knowledge, resilience, and cultural understanding to various sectors of the economy. Upon returning to Houston, Nicole expanded her ventures into real estate, subsequently branching into property management.
