West Neck Management was founded in 2018 as a direct investment platform to help investors, seeking diversity to their investment portfolios, find risk adjusted real estate investment opportunities.  As real estate investors, we are constantly seeking value-add cash-flowing assets, with downside protection, in favorable markets across the US. WNM takes care of the entire process for investors, from identifying the opportunity, diligencing the sub-market, connecting Buyers to Lenders,  and full property management after closing.
